 企业社会责任(海外)倡导干事
 
 
乐施会是独立的国际发展及人道救援机构,致力于消除贫穷及导致贫穷的不公平状况。乐施会在世界各地以多元方法解决贫穷问题,包括推行社区可持续发展项目、人道救援及灾害防治工作、本土及国际政策倡导等。香港乐施会于1976年成立以来,已在全球70多个国家/地区开展工作。香港乐施会是乐施会国际联会的创会成员,乐施会国际联会的17个成员机构在全球92个国家开展工作。
现在我们正为以下的职位进行招募:
 
         
 1名,三年合约,驻北京)
 
企业社会责任(海外)倡导干事是中国项目部企业社会责任团队的成员,日常工作向团队经理汇报。她/他必须与团队其他成员、乐施会的其他团队和乐施会国际联盟及其他成员保持紧密的工作关系。
 
一、工作职责:
1.与乐施会相关同事、团队和部门一起,发展企业社会责任倡导的总体策略,专注于中国对外投资企业;
2.与相关同事一起商讨并合作开发倡导策略与执行计划;
3.进行与企业社会责任相关的调研;
4.与利益相关方,包括政府部门、企业、智库、学者与公民社会组织建立并巩固关系;
5.以进取和有效的沟通方式,与乐施会相关部门、乐施会国际联盟及其成员共同协调工作及其优先次序;
6.为乐施会的区域团队和合作伙伴的政策倡导工作提供支持;
7.开展团队经理所分配的、合乎职位职责的其他工作。
 
知识
1.认同乐施会价值观和理念;
2.对企业社会责任有丰富认识
3.对中国对外投资环境、政策有丰富认识
4.对中国公民社会和非牟利组织有丰富认识
5.对其他发展中国家的情况,尤其是在非洲和湄公河地区,有丰富认识
技巧
1.策略思考和分析能力;
2.丰富的项目管理技巧和经验;
3.流利的口语和写作表达能力;
4.流利的英语和中文(普通话);
5.团队协作和独立工作的能力;
6.熟练的微软办公室软件系统操作技巧;
7.能承受压力和最后期限的工作能力。
资历
1.最少有三年在中国/国际公民社会组织的工作经验;
2.拥有发展学或其他相关社会科学学位;
3.可常到外地出差。

Oxfam is dedicated to fighting poverty and inequity worldwide. The international and independent development and humanitarian organization tackles poverty in four main ways: sustainable development in poor communities, disaster relief, local and global advocacy, and education with Hong Kong youth. Established in Hong Kong in1976, Oxfam Hong Kong is a founding member of Oxfam, an international confederation that has assisted poor people in 92 countries. Oxfam Hong Kong alone has supported poor people in over 70 countries/regions.
We are recruiting the following position:
 
 (1-position, 3-year contract, based in Beijing office)
 
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) (Overseas) Campaign Officer is a member of CSR team, and reports to CSR Advocacy Manger. S/he is required to work closely and collaborate with CSR Team members, and other teams of Oxfam Hong Kong (OHK), as well as Oxfam International and Affiliates.
 
A. Main Responsibilities
1.To develop overall advocacy/campaign strategies for the CSR work primarily focusing on Chinese companies investing outside China, together with other concerned fellow colleagues, teams and units of OHK;
2. To deliver the agreed strategies and operation plans with fellow colleague(s);
3. To conduct research on CSR issues;
4.To build and consolidate relationship and/or partnerships with concerned stakeholders such as government departments, enterprises, think tanks, researchers and civil society organizations, as required by the operation plans;
5. To coordinate the priorities and concerted efforts among relevant units in OHK and Oxfam International and Affiliates through proactive and effective communications;
6. To provide support for policy initiatives of OHK’s regional teams and partners;
7. To undertake any duties, as appropriate to the post, as delegated by the line-manager.
 
B. Requirements of the person:
Knowledge
1. Demonstrated knowledge of and identification with the values of OHK;
2. Strong knowledge in CSR issues;
3. Strong knowledge in Chinese overseas investment;
4. Strong knowledge about the civil society and non-profit sector in China.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in other developing countries, especially in Africa and the Mekong region.
 
Skills
1. Strategic thinking and analytical skills;
2. Strong project management skills and experience;
3. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills;
4. Advanced command of English and Chinese (Mandarin) use;
5. Ability to work both in team and independently;
6. Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications;
7. Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
 
Qualifications
1. At least 3 years work experiences in Chinese/international civil society organizations;
2. Bachelor degree in development studies or other related social sciences;
3. Ability to travel frequently as required.
 
C. Welfare:
We will provide the staff with generous welfare:
